Orange Point Produksiyon Tasarim Studyosu Limited Sirketi built the Fusion Vision app as a Freemium app. This service is provided by Orange Point Produksiyon Tasarim Studyosu Limited Sirketi and is intended for use as is.

By downloading or using the app, these terms and our Privacy Policy will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not want to agree to these terms, then you should not use our services.

Fair Usage

To ensure the best experience for all users, our app includes limits on card scanning and collection features. Both free and paid users have access to the scanning functionality, but usage may be capped based on the plan selected. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions or require an upgrade to a higher plan. Any abuse or attempts to circumvent these limits may lead to suspension or termination of services.

Card Data and Pricing

The card identification, pricing, and market data provided by Fusion Vision is sourced from third-party services including TCGplayer. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: Card prices and market data are estimates based on available marketplace information and may not reflect actual current market values
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on pricing information provided by the app
  • Data Delays: Pricing information may be delayed or cached for performance reasons
  • Third-Party Data: Card identification and pricing data depends on third-party APIs and databases which may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable

You acknowledge that card values fluctuate and that the app’s pricing information is for informational purposes only.

Content Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any content displayed within the app, including but not limited to:

  • Card information, descriptions, and images sourced from third-party databases
  • Market pricing and valuation data
  • User-generated content or data
  • Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the content

All content is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Users rely on in-app content at their own risk.

Your Collection Data

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to your collection data and scan history
  • Data Storage: Your scanned card data, collection information, and deck lists are stored in our secure database
  • No Image Storage: We do not store the actual images of your cards, only the extracted metadata
  • Data Portability: You may request a copy of your collection data by contacting us
  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time

Using the App

You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that this app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that we will not take responsibility for. The app requires an active internet connection to function properly for card scanning, identification, and pricing features. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the operating system version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination:

  • the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end,
  • you must stop using the app,
  • delete it from your device,
  • cancel your subscriptions related to our app via Billing Service Providers (such as Apple App Store) if exists.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use automated systems or bots to scan cards or access the service
  • Share or resell access to your account
  • Manipulate or abuse the scanning system to circumvent usage limits
  • Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the app

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party services including TCGplayer for card data and pricing. Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Point Produksiyon Tasarim Studyosu Limited Sirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Any inaccuracies in card identification or pricing data
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
